Clean facilities with a sleek, modern design. The leisure area including saunas and a pool adds a unique touch for relaxation after a day of exploring.
The Standard Twin/Triple room felt slightly cramped for a family, which might not suit everyone’s expectation of space. Opening the window for a breeze exposed us to some traffic noise, impacting sleep quality. Plus, the lack of private changing rooms in the leisure area could be uncomfortable for some guests, leaving little option but to change in restrooms. The menu offerings in the dining area seemed appealing, but the execution didn't quite match the visuals.

Had a blast with my friends! We explored the Inverness Museum & Gallery and went dolphin watching at Chanonry Point. The hotel had comfortable rooms and great breakfast options. The leisure facilities were excellent too, especially the sauna and pool. Free parking was a nice perk for our trip.
The only downside was the room keycard that stopped working a few times, which was a bit inconvenient and led to extra trips to reception.

The cinnamon rolls are to die for! Deliciously fluffy and sweet, they were the star of breakfast. The bar staff were lovely, especially a young lass who was super friendly and attentive. Plus, the leisure center had a lovely vibe with warm chats that made for a fun time.
We had a long wait to be seated for breakfast, and the staffing seemed a bit sparse. The young waitress was a bit rude, insisting we pay upfront for our meal, which was rather off-putting and dampened our good vibes from earlier.
